El costo de la vida English translation

The cost of life rises again
You can't even see the weight that lowers
And the beans cannot be eaten
A pound of rice or a quarter of coffee
Nobody cares what you think
It will be because we do not speak English here

(Ah, ah) that's true
(ah, ah) it's true
(ah, ah) it's true
Do you understand?
Do you, do you

And the gasoline rises again
You can't even see the weight that lowers
And democracy cannot grow
If corruption plays chess
Does anyone care what you think?
It will be because we do not speak French here

(Ah, ah) you speak
(Ah, ah) you speak
(Ah, ah) you speak
(Ah, ah) no, sir

We are a hole in the middle of the sea and the sky
500 years later
A black white and taino fiery race
But who discovered who

Oh, the cost of living (you see, up, you see)
And the weight that goes down (you see, poor thing, you can't even see it)
And the medicine you see walks backwards
Here it is not cured (you see a fall in the foot)
Here, here-here-here (you see, here-here)
And now unemployment (you see, it bit me too)
Nobody cares, no (you see, we don't speak English)
Neither the mitsubichi already sees nor the chevrolet

Corruption on the rise (you see, on the rise, you see)
And the weight that goes down (you see, poor thing, you can't even see it)
And crime (you see, it caught me again)
Here it is not cured (you see a fall in the foot)
Here-here-here-here (you see, here-here)
And now unemployment (you see, it bit me too)
Nobody cares, no (you see, we don't speak English)
Neither the mitsubishi already sees nor the chevrolet

Understand!

The recession is on the up (you see, up, you see)
And the weight that goes down (you see, poor thing, you can't even see it)
And the medicine you see walks backwards
Here it is not cured (you see a fall in the foot)
Here-here-here-here (you see, here-here)
And now unemployment (you see, it bit me too)
Nobody cares, no (you see, we don't speak English)
Neither the mitsubishi already sees nor the chevrolet
